This release patches up a serious security vuln.
Other changes introduced in this release are:

1. Updated pre-installed themes.
2. Security fixes (important).
3. Edit summary required for every edit or created page.
4. "All pages" and "Revisions now follow the site's templating engine.
5. Change: Minor change to the bulleted and numbered lists syntax.
6. Change: Empty records cannot be inserted into the database during page creation.
